About the Author

Leroy Rasberry’s Story

Leroy Rasberry began his relationship with Jesus Christ in September 1980.He was called to ministry in 1985 as an Evangelist Minister of Music.
On August 28, 1988, he was ordained through the Apostolic Evangelistic Association, Inc. in Miami, Florida by Dr. Gilbert S. Smith, Pastor. In 1990, Leroy led evangelistic meetings in Miami, Jacksonville, and Tallahassee, Florida.
That same year, he hosted a weekly gospel radio segment on WTCL (1580 AM) in Chattahoochee, Florida. He also preached regularly at the Haven of Rest Rescue Mission in Tallahassee for ten years. On February 24, 2008, he received a second ordination from Bible Believers Fellowship in Tallahassee by Dr. Dennis Young. He also participated in jail ministry for several years. In July 2008, he became the Assistant Pastor at New Life Ministries and Community Center under Pastor Robert Law.
When Pastor Law retired in 2012, Leroy stepped into the role of Senior Pastor, where he continues to serve today.His book, The Natural Unreasonableness of Faith, is one of many gifts to the Body of Christ, written to bring edification, exhortation, and comfort.
